Ainazik Torogulova, a young entrepreneur from Suzak District, Jalal-Abad Region, is the founder of the "Strawberry Farm KG" startup. Her journey in business began in 2022 when she planted 50,000 strawberry seedlings on 10,000 m² of land. This project has become a vivid example of how perseverance, innovative approaches, and grant support can transform a small idea into a successful business.
Initially, Ainazik faced numerous challenges, including the need to implement modern technologies and manage water resources on the farm. However, her active participation in the Enactus Kyrgyzstan acceleration program allowed her to gain the necessary knowledge and receive support that became a turning point for her startup.
In 2024, her project received grant support from Enactus Kyrgyzstan with financial assistance from the European Union. This support included the purchase of a Sadin 504G tractor worth 775,720 KGS, which significantly enhanced the farm's efficiency.
The key aspects of Ainazik’s success include:
These technologies not only increased productivity but also ensured the farm’s sustainable development.
Today, her farm produces approximately 10 tons of strawberries annually, with 7 tons successfully sold at prices ranging from 70 to 190 KGS per kilogram. Most of the produce is exported to Russia and Kazakhstan, reflecting its high quality and demand.
Ainazik actively uses digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp to promote her products and engage with customers. Her Instagram page has become a platform not only for sales but also for sharing knowledge and experiences with other farmers and entrepreneurs.
This success was made possible by her constant drive for development and the adoption of "green" skills, such as energy-efficient systems and waste recycling. Ainazik’s farm is an example of how modern agricultural technologies can help young entrepreneurs achieve success in farming.
Ainazik Torogulova’s story is an inspiring example of how young people can excel in agribusiness by embracing innovation and sustainable practices, starting even with a small startup.
